Report on Corporate Governance

The annual report on corporate governance has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Conduct published by Borsa Italiana, and it is consistent with best international practices and deals with the evolution of the corporate governance system of Parmalat S.p.A. in 2005, particularly in the months after October 1, 2005, the date of the approval of the Proposal of Composition with Creditors.
