Based on indications provided by the Director entrusted with this assignment, Parmalat Group’s Appointments and Compensation Committee submits proposals for determining the compensation criteria applicable to the Company’s senior management. The committee also submits proposals on the adoption of stock option and share award plans or other financial instruments that can be used to provide an incentive to increase the loyalty of senior management.
